One beginning. Two finishing paths.
Both KNITSCHI products begin in the same way. After the knitted tube is prepared, their paths separate visibly into beanie and 2-in-1 production.
Steps 01–06 · Shared route
From yarn to the prepared knitted tube.
The alpaca yarn is selected, wound, fed into the knitting machine and worked into the shared starting form. Labels and details are prepared by hand.
02 · Knit
The knitting machine produces the calm rib structure.
03 · Finish details
The piece is turned and prepared carefully by hand.
The paths separate
Beanie or loop & headband 2 in 1.
From this point onwards, every image and step belongs clearly to one product path.
Path A · Beanie
The tube is shaped, built up in two layers, sewn and checked.
Path B · 2 in 1
Open stitches are marked, aligned and joined one by one.
